Centennial Heart seeks an experienced physician practice executive for a  cardiology group consisting of 20+ providers in multiple locations across middle Tennessee.  Centennial Heart stands out as a group committed to providing the very best in personal and individualized care while incorporating the very latest in technology and innovation.

The Administrator will provide leadership and management to the Practice and will be responsible for its day-to-day operations to ensure appropriate systems, policies and procedures are in place to drive quality clinical outcomes, patient, staff and physician satisfaction, and excellent financial performance.

The position will work closely with Centennial Medical Center leadership in developing and executing strategic resource plans and tactics for the Nashville service area. The Centennial Heart Center is one of only four hospitals from across all 173 HCA hospitals to be designated as a Cardiovascular Center of Excellence.

MBA/MHA required and 10+ years management experience of a cardiology physician group required.  Excellent communication, leadership, and teambuilding skills with outstanding interpersonal and organizational abilities a must.
