This session introduces the GROW Framework—a practical approach to evaluating and strengthening the key drivers of practice growth. Whether you're a physician owner, practice administrator, or healthcare leader, you'll leave with practical strategies that can be adapted to practices of any size or specialty.

Learning Objectives:
• Explain the GROW Framework and how it can be used to evaluate and strengthen a healthcare practice.
• Identify practical ways to Get Involved in the community to increase visibility, build trust, and support practice growth.
• Develop strategies to strengthen Referral Partner Relationships that foster long-term collaboration and increase patient referrals.
• Evaluate an organization's Online Presence and identify opportunities to improve credibility, patient engagement, and new patient acquisition.
• Recognize how creating WOW Patient Experiences can improve patient satisfaction, retention, referrals, and online reviews.
• Identify at least one actionable strategy from each pillar of the GROW Framework that can be implemented within their organization.

Speaker Bio

Dr. Joe Cangas is a board-certified pediatrician, healthcare entrepreneur, and Healthcare Real Estate Advisor with CARR. With more than 20 years of experience owning and growing a private practice, he brings a unique perspective as both a physician and business owner. In addition to advising healthcare professionals on commercial real estate decisions, he serves as an independent practice advisor, helping physicians and practice leaders start, grow, scale, adapt, and reinvent their practices. His mission is to help healthcare professionals build practices that support the life they want.
