How can we learn to leverage it as a platform for diversity conversations in healthcare? This perspective shifts the responsibility for understanding perceptions and experiences in a way that allows for shared learning and communication instead of a linear, or unilateral, perspective. Join us for this innovative workshop to discuss the challenges and opportunities created by using bilateral conversations, ideas, and concepts to foster awareness.
